Hebrews 6:19-20 A Sure And Steadfast Anchor Of The Soul

Hebrews 6:19-20 (KJV) Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; 20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.

Christ is the anchor of the soul. Even Jesus, our high priest secured His people salvation when He died for our sins on the cross two thousand years ago.

Within the veil, is the place of the throne room of God in the Temple. There is the very presence of God.

He is not like a human high priest who dies and needed to be replaced. Jesus Christ, after the order of Melchizedek, whom their forefather Abraham gave tithes to secures every soul through His atoning sacrifice that it shall never be lost but secured forever. Amen.
