Luke 22:41 Kneeled and Prayed

Luke 22:41 (KJV) And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,

Our Lord Jesus sought to be alone from His disciples so that he may quietly commune with the Father in prayer. A great trial, He knew, was before Him.

In that communion, He was strengthened to do the Father’s will, to go to the cross, to bear the sins of many.

It was a momentous time where the stakes are the highest. Our Lord kept that thriving communion with the Father that His will may be accomplished, may His people do so too for His glory! Amen.
