John 14:9 He That Hath Seen Me Hath Seen The Father

John 14:9 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Our Lord Jesus emphatically testified to Thomas that He is the incarnate Christ. He is the exact representation of the Father in heaven.

Jesus affirmed, “He that hath seen me hath seen the Father.” Though Philip has so long time been with his Master, yet he has not known Him.

This is the mystery of God, that God became flesh and dwelt among men. This is the clearest manifestation of the Triune God, the Father sent the Son! Amen.
