Psalm 108:1-4 O God My Heart Is Fixed

Psalm 108:1-4 (KJV) O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
2 Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early. 3 I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. 4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

To fix the heart in following the LORD is the psalmist happy consecration. It is a dedication that enabled him to sing and give praise even with the endowment that the LORD kindly bestows.

It was a conviction that causes him to be able to rise early to praise the LORD as a testimony to family and friends, near and far. He has experienced the great mercy of the LORD and the veracity of His Word to his greatest blessings. Amen.
