Hebrews 10:35 (KJV) Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.

The people of God are commanded to trust in the LORD at all times. Especially in times of persecution and danger, they are to exercise faith to still follow Him.

There is a great recompense of reward awaiting the faithful. There is a blessing in holding on even in those times of seeming despair.

This was the plight of the Hebrew Christians who lost everything even their very lives and were encouraged to trust the LORD nevertheless. Cast not away therefore your confidence! Amen.
