2 Chronicles 32:8 With Us Is the LORD

2 Chronicles 32:8 (KJV) With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

The king Hezekiah assured the nation of Judah that the LORD is with them to deliver them from the threat of the Assyrians – With him is an arm of flesh but with us is the LORD our God to help us.

The LORD will fight the battles for His people. His people who are doing His will can rest upon the faithfulness of God.

With us, let His people be reminded, is the LORD out God to help us, and to fight our battles. Let His people rest in Him. Amen.
