Romans 8:2 The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus

Romans 8:2 (KJV)  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 

It is the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus that made believers free from the law of sin and death. For believers delight in the law of God after the inward man.

Although they see another law in their members, that is, the flesh warring against the law of their mind, and bringing them into captivity to the law of sin which is in their members, nevertheless, thanks be unto God through Jesus Christ, they have with their minds served the law of God.

As such, they have been freed from the law of sin and death by Christ and have by the grace of God been walking not after the flesh but after the Spirit. Thus, experiencing life and peace. Amen.
