Psalm 3:4 I Cried and He Heard

Psalm 3:4 (KJV)  I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

The psalmist speaks of desperate times when he cried unto the LORD with his voice. A voice of trembling, filled with apprehension and despair and his petitions were brought forth to the throne of grace.

The LORD heard his prayers, he testified. The LORD hears and He inclined his ear to hear and carefully record our every heart groan and heart cry. And the LORD out of the holy place of His abode sends forth healing and blessing.

He sends forth His only begotten Son to restore us from our bondage of sin and the misery of our corruption. He saves all who will call upon Him – Matthew 11:28 (KJV)  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

May His rest be with us. Amen.
