Psalm 91:15 He Hath Set His Love Upon Me

Psalm 91:14-15 (KJV)  Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 

When God’s people set their hearts to follow Him, there is hope, help and healing. Prayers are answered, and God exalts His people that are brought low.

James 4:10 (KJV)  Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. 

The king Josiah sought the Lord and put away the idols in Israel and his prayers were answered – 2 Chronicles 34:27 (KJV)  Because thine heart was tender, and thou didst humble thyself before God, when thou heardest his words against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, and humbledst thyself before me, and didst rend thy clothes, and weep before me; I have even heard thee also, saith the LORD. 

Thank God for His deliverance upon His people who sought Him. Amen.
