Isaiah 46:4 Lifetime Guarantee

Isaiah 46:4 (KJV)  And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you. 

The Manufacturer’s guarantee of maintenance and servicing for any new product often comes as a separate contract during the time of purchase. It is often a limited time guarantee. But for man, God gave a lifetime guarantee for His people.

Our text tells us of God’s care for us is not just when we are energetic and strong, where maintenance and servicing contract though invoked but not utilized. But for old age and as time progress, that’s the real challenge.

We have a promise from God’s Word He will carry us through even to hoar hairs. When our hair turns white and our life ebbs away, we are assured of God’s presence, comfort and care.

Thank God for His promise, undergirded by omnipotence and omniscience. Let us not forget His benefits. Amen.
