Psalm 30:4 Sing Unto The LORD

Psalm 30:4 (KJV) Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

The exhortation by the psalmist to praise the LORD by making melody and sing is the call to the saints – Psalm 30:2 (KJV)  O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. 

In thanksgiving to the LORD, as he extols His holiness, for the LORD had made him whole – Psalm 30:3 (KJV)  O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. 

He was kept alive by the mercy of the LORD and he gives thanks in remembrance of His holiness. That he was marvellous rescued. Amen.
