John 17:9 They Are Thine

John 17:9 (KJV) I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

Our Lord in His high priestly prayer prayed for His dear one. He says to the Father, I pray or them, I pray not for the world.

These are those whom the Father has given to Him, those who follow Him. Those who sins are forgiven under the flow of His precious blood shed for the remission of their sins.

They are precious in the sight of God. They belong to the Father, guarded and guided by the Son. Amen.
