Psalm 18:39 Strength Unto The Battle

Psalm 18:39 (KJV) For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

The psalmist speaks of fighting the battles the Lord has before Him. He is to go forward in the strength of the LORD to battle.

There was the enemy from without, but there was also the enemy from within.

The psalmist testified how the Lord girded him with strength to secure His work triumphing over unnumbered foes within and without. Amen,
