Psalm 103:20-21 (KJV) Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. 21 Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

Here is spoken of angels that does excel in strength far above human strength. They do the commandments of the LORD, hearkening unto the voice of His Word.

They are the hosts of the LORD, send forth to do His pleasure. They excel in their obedience to the LORD.

They are attentive to the instruction of the LORD, doing His will, blessing the LORD. The angels do rejoice as they minister to the saints redeemed by the LORD according to the instruction of the LORD. Amen.
