Psalm 37:30-31 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.
The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.

It begins in the heart. God’s become effectual beginning with the heart and it is manifested afterwards.

In wisdom that the mouth speaketh because it has been sanctified by the holy truth of God’s Word. And the judgment of God is imparted by a tongue that fears God.

The law of God guides and protects such a life. None of his steps shall slide. Amen.
