John 16:33 In The World Ye Shall Have Tribulation

John 16:33 (KJV) These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

The last words of Jesus to His disciples are worthy of our consideration. He told them to abide in Him and find peace there!

For in the world, there will be great trials before them. Lose not hope!

For the Lord assured His people, be of good cheer, He has overcome the world. His victory is His people’s as they abide in Him through prayer and the Word. Amen.
