Exodus 33:14 My Presence Shall Go With Thee

Exodus 33:14 (KJV) And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.

Without the LORD undergirding and supporting His people, there shall be no true rest for God’s people. With the LORD’s presence, He shall ensure that His people be given needed rest.

This rest speaks of His abiding care in every way. If the LORD will not be go with His servant. The journey would be a fruitless one.

But the assurance from the LORD is that His presence will go with His people and therefore they shall find the needful rest and He alone accords to them in an otherwise restless world. Amen.
