Romans 5:1-2 (KJV) Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Faith in Christ brings peace with God. The sinner is justified, acquitted of all his or her sins through Christ’s substitutional sacrifice on his or her behalf.

There is no more enmity with God but a blessed reconciliation between the forgiven sinner and the thrice Holy God. And this brings him or her to have access by this faith to God’s favour.

God’s favour that is not based on any goodness in His people thus establishing a life of stability and sanctity. Looking to the glorious future! Amen.
