Psalm 62:5-8 Trust In Him At All Times

Psalm 62:5-8 (KJV) My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved. 7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

The psalmist speaks to himself, he prayed, “My soul, wait thou only upon God.” It is a temptation to look everywhere and anywhere else for help!

True help comes from God. He is a refuge for us, let our expectation be from Him alone.

The psalmist realised that He is only is his rock and salvation, his defence and there he shall not be moved. Therefore he proclaimed, “In God is my salvation and my glory, the rock of my strength, and my refuge is in God.” Let it be your proclamation too! Amen.
