Psalm 37:40 And The LORD Shall Help Them

Psalm 37:40 (KJV) And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

For the LORD’S people who trust in Him, He shall help them and deliver them. They shall be delivered from the wicked.

The Apostle Paul described the battle in Ephesians 6:12 (KJV) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The people of God are exhorted to look to the LORD as the psalmist well reminded, “… from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.” (Psalm 121:1b-2). Amen.
