Psalm 62:8 (KJV) Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

God is a refuge for His people. They are exhorted to trust in Him at all times.

Whatever and whenever is the need, His people are to pour out their hearts before Him. He hears their prayers.

He hearkens to their cry. The LORD is there for His people at all times. Amen.
