Psalm 97:11 Light And Gladness

Psalm 97:11 (KJV) Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

Light is being sown for the righteous. He benefits from the light that he receives, a blessing of God’s grace – Psalm 119:105 (KJV)  NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. 

The believer is bidden to be glad, for God’s wisdom is a guardrail against folly – Psalm 97:12 (KJV)  Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. 

Truly, the believe who is walking in uprightness does fear no evil. Light in the heart begets gladness in life. Amen.
