1 Corinthians 1:9 Called Unto the Fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ Our Lord

1 Corinthians 1:9 (KJV)  God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 

With confidence in the faithfulness of God, the Apostle Paul acknowledges the salvation grace he has received in being called unto fellowship with God the Father, through His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is not only our Saviour but also our Lord. It is through Him that we are extradited from hell and brought on the pathway to heaven. Jesus opened the way for us.

Through Jesus Christ, we receive the forgiveness of our sins and are led on earth through His intercessory work in heaven at the Father’s right hand to arrive in heaven finally. Our Lord showed the way, we are brought forth safely to our eternal home.

We can fully trust in God to fulfil His Word. Amen.
