Ephesians 3:12 Boldness to Share Christ

Ephesians 3:12 (KJV)  In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

The Apostle Paul was a blasphemer of Christ till he was blinded by a bright light from heaven and was confronted by Christ whom he persecuted. He was gloriously saved and began to declare that Jesus is the Son of God as written in the Old Testament Scriptures.

He saw the eternal purpose of God in his life enabling him to see the truth after many wasted years living in falsehood. It helped him to see his own lost estate and the need for Christ. He experienced the love of Christ, by God’s grace, in his service for Christ amidst much persecution. He saw the Lord saving souls and the beginning of His witness in Ephesus. His desire was that God’s people be built up and established to rejoice in the Lord abounding in God’s love.

Ephesians 3:13-19 (KJV)  Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Let His people be strengthened by His love to witness for Him. Amen.
