Psalm 119:41 Thy Mercy Even Thy Salvation

Psalm 119:41 (KJV)  VAU. Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word. 

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Eph. 2:8). The truth of salvation by grace alone through faith alone according to the Scriptures alone exalts the Name of Christ, for He alone saves.

The psalmist sought the LORD to deliver Him by His mercy in upholding the truth of His Word. Courage, counting the cost, and carrying the message of His Word is the needful work in such a time as this.

Psalm 119:42 (KJV)  So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word. 

May the LORD grant His Word in the hour of need. Amen.
