Mark 11:23 He Shall Have Whatsoever He Saith

Mark 11:23 (KJV)  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

The psalmist exhorted in Psalm 37:5 (KJV)  Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

When a man’s life is one with God, His mind is his mind, His will is his will, and His glory is his glory – John 12:26 (KJV)  If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

The giants in Canaan were meant to be defeated for their iniquities were full, judgment was nigh, and Israel was God’s instrument of judgment. They knew it and that was how the walls of Jericho came tumbling down.

What is the lesson for us when Jesus said these words? That we mat have faith in God – Mark 11:22 (KJV)  And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Amen.
