Joshua 4:24 The LORD Is Mighty

Joshua 4:24 (KJV)  That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the LORD your God for ever. 

The LORD indeed is mighty. And His people who experienced Him testify and His fear fill their hearts. He is mighty to save, their great deliverer. He is also their Guide and Leader to the Promised Land. He leads us to our eternal inheritance.

And more than that, the LORD sought to bring the people of the earth to know Him. He manifests His power in the lives of His people, for His people to show them the privilege of knowing Him and having Him as their LORD God.

Joshua 4:23 (KJV)  For the LORD your God dried up the waters of Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as the LORD your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over: 

We are reminded of His power and His might so that His people may walk with Him and not wander from Him. Amen.
