John 17:3 This Is Life Eternal

John 17:3 (KJV)  And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

What a declaration of the truth! Unless the truth is boldly declared, how can the unsaved come under the sound of the gospel and be saved!

Indeed, the only true God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and His Son, whom He sent, declare the Scriptures with unbroken promise.

Psalm 9:10 (KJV)  And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. 

Let us, therefore, take hold of Christ Jesus – 1 John 5:11-12 (KJV)  And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
