Romans 1:1-5, Share Your Faith With Others

Romans 1:1-5 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, 2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) 3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: 5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

After his conversion, Paul became an ardent witness for God. His life was devoted to honour his Lord and Master. This was the record of the transformation that took place in Paul’s life.

Acts 9:17-20 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus. 20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

The born-again Christian is characterised by an ardent love to share his faith with others. He is so excited and thrilled by God’s blessing in his life that he fervently testifies of God’s goodness with the view that others too may share that blessing.

The Lord is good

Tell it wherever you go,

The Lord is good

Tell it that others may know;

Tell of His blessings and tell of His love,

Tell how He’s coming from heaven above:

The Lord is good

Tell it wherever you go!

May God use you mightily to be His witness today and everyday. Amen.
