Colossians 1:17 He Is Before All Things

Colossians 1:17 (KJV) And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Jesus Christ is God. He is before all things.

He is the Creator. For by Him all things have their being – John 1:3 (KJV) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Amen.
