Galatians 4:7 An Heir Of God Through Christ

Galatians 4:7 (KJV) Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

The sinner who receives Christ is become a child of God. He is no longer under the bondage of sin to serve sin as his master.

As a child of God through Christ atoning work, he is now a part of God’s family. And therefore given heavenly inheritance which Christ has gone forth to prepare when He ascended to heaven.

He will return to receive His church to glory. Indeed, we know not what we shall be till our change come. Truly, it shall be glorious! Amen.
