Psalm 147:11 (KJV) The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.

To know God and His holiness puts God’s fear in the heart of His people. Just as Isaiah feared God when he saw Uzziah died of leprosy when he intruded to God’s holy place to offer sacrifices.

Those who humble themselves before God who hope in His mercy. Coming before Him with no merits in full surrender is pleasing to Him.

That the people of God might hope in His mercy for His mercy is life and life everlasting. Amen.
