Colossians 3:3 Your Life Is Hid With Christ In God

Colossians 3:3 (KJV) For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

The sins of the believer has been crucified with Christ. He has paid every whit of it on his behalf on the cross.

In Christ, he is therefore dead to the world, to sin and to the pleasures of this life. He has been secured by Christ for Christ overcome the world on his behalf.

He is exhorted, having been risen with Christ, to set his affection on this above and not on things on earth. Amen.
