Isaiah 43:2-3a (KJV) When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Savior:

The LORD’s promise to be with His people through the vicissitudes of life. Through the overflowing waters and through the fire, the prophet Isaiah, assures God’s people that He will be with them.

Noah and his family were kept safe in the ark amidst the deluge of the global flood. Daniel’s three friends were unsinged though they pass into the raging furnace.

The credential of the LORD is given – For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour. What a Wonderful Saviour! Amen.
