Psalm 118:19-20 Open To Me The Gates of Righteousness

Psalm 118:19-20 (KJV) Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:
This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

The psalmist sought the LORD to lead him in the way of righteousness. He knew that is the way of the LORD and he sought to enter therein.

Except the LORD would direct him, by his own strength, he may miss the entrance to the gates of righteousness. But he is resolved to find and enter therein.

By faith, he understood the way of the LORD after His righteous ways are a rejoicing to his life. He gives thanks to the LORD and directs others to walk therein and be blessed. Amen.
