Hebrews 12:1 Run With Patience

Hebrews 12:1 (KJV) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

As God’s people review the lives of the Old Testament saints, there are many who lived overcoming lives for our encouragement. There is Enoch and Noah, there Abraham and Moses.

Enoch served the living and true God in his generation, he was taken to heaven bodily. Noah painstakingly prepared an ark to the saving of His family.

Thank God for their overcoming lives that gives strength to God’s people to follow their example in overcoming sin and walking with God. Amen.
