Galatians 6:14-15 (KJV) But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

It is the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ that brings salvation to the lost soul. This salvation is not merely outward signs of profession but an inward turning from sin and turning to God.

In the cross is the Lord crucified for the sinner and the saint who is gloriously saved lives holily because his sins have been crucified with Christ on the cross.

The world is not his home. Though he is in the world, he is not of the world but his life is surrendered to Christ just as Christ surrendered Him to the will of the Father to be crucified on the cross. Amen.
