Psalm 48:1-3 (KJV)  A Song and Psalm for the sons of Korah.
 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.  2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.  3 God is known in her palaces for a refuge. 

The LORD is greatly to be praised. The psalmist highlighted the holiness of God, in Him is no sin nor defilement but purity and goodness.

Therefore where God rules and dwells in the heart of His people, there is joy. And joy is permeated where He is submitted to the LORD as his King!

With the LORD as King in his life, he finds refuge in the palace of his King who is all-powerful, all knowing and all present. Therefore, he extols the LORD has great and greatly to be praised. Amen.
