Psalm 23:6 Surely Goodness And Mercy Shall Follow Me All The Days Of My Life

Psalm 23:6 (KJV)  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. 

As the psalmist commit himself to the LORD’s care, he found assurance in the covenant keeping faithfulness of the LORD. He knows that the LORD will not leave him nor forsake him.

Though undeserved, he understood that the LORD has pledged to keep his body and soul forever. Tremendous comfort that faith brings.

With the LORD as His shepherd, he rest himself completely in His unceasing care. Amen.
