Psalm 62:5-8 In God Is My Salvation And My Glory

Psalm 62:5-8 (KV) My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

The psalmist waits only upon God, His expectation is from Him and none else for He only is his rock and salvation. In God is true help.

He dared not wander far. For God is his defence and he knows that there is stability and security in life with God. He give him strength and He provides refuge for him at all times.

He renews his trust in God, he pours his heart in thanksgiving and adoration and supplication. God is a refuge for us. Amen.
