Isaiah 55:10-12 Ye Shall Go Out With Joy And Be Led Forth With Peace
Isaiah 55:10-12 (KJV) For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
The blessing of God upon His people is joy and peace. As the rain waters the earth and nourishes the land so the physical blessings of God demonstrates His goodness.
It shows forth the power of God’s Word to accomplish His purpose for His glory to prosper in the thing whereto God sent it. It saves souls bringing joy and peace.
The mountains and the hills who witness the marvellous salvific work of God who too are the beneficent of God’s goodness is portrayed singing and clapping their hands in great jubilant and rejoicing. Amen.
