Psalm 5:11 But Let Those That Put Their Trust In Thee Rejoice

Psalm 5:11 (KJV)  But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. 

The people of God are a happy people because the LORD takes care of them and they submitted themselves to His care. In every matter, the LORD was sought and He acted on their behalf – Psalm 5:3 (KJV)  My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. 

With His people’s prayers comes the LORD’s gracious answers to their cry. They trusted in Him and therefore rejoice and ever shout for joy.

The LORD defendest His people. Let them also that love His Name be joyful in Him. Amen.
