Psalm 144:15 (KJV) Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.

The people who are happy are the people with the LORD to take care of them. Happy is that people whose God is the LORD.

He protects them. He defends. He guards them against unruly aggressors.

There is no complaining for the LORD takes utmost care of His people. Happy is that people whose God is the LORD. Amen.
