Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Do you want to live life to the fullest? Do you want to enjoy full and successful lives? The book of Proverbs described that X-factor as the Fear of God! The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge, wisdom’s source.

The fear of God is a Godward disposition of the heart that shuns evil and seeks good, to hate sin and to love righteousness. Such a disposition comes by the grace of God when the Spirit of God takes hold and holds sway in that heart as seen by a poverty of spirit and a mourning for sin.

A regenerating power comes to effect change and transformation. There is new effervescing life that comes from it, it is called eternal life. And we trace that life to Jesus Christ, the Son of God. This is a life rightly connected with God in His fear. Amen.
