Proverbs 16:21 The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.

The wise man is a prudent man. A prudent man understands the will of God and inclines his heart to obey and walk therein.

Thus, his life is divinely blessed because he is divinely led. The blessed influence of the LORD in his heart is visibly seen in the sweetness of his lips.

His words builds up the faith of others to trust in the LORD as he does. His lips increaseth learning. Amen.
