Psalm 62:5-8 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved.
In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Let God’s people wait only upon their God. He only is their rock and salvation, their defence. There shall be stable and strong in the strength of God.

Let His people acknowledge that in Him is salvation and true glory. He is the believer’s true strength and refuge.

Therefore, they must not be shortchanged for any other sources of help that will prove defective. Let His people trust Him at all times. Come to Him, pour out their hearts before Him. He truly is their refuge. Amen.
