Ephesians 2:6 Sit Together In Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Christ was risen from the dead and has ascended bodily to heaven to be seated at the right hand of the Father on high. Christ resurrection and ascension to heaven is a precursor to affirm that His church gained too that entrance into heaven.

In Christ, being united with Christ, believers share the privilege and benefits of Christ’s intercessory ministry as their Advocate before the Father. It is as if they are already in heaven with Him.

Sin has been dealt with through Christ on behalf of believers and they are alive in the heavenlies with Christ. A reality that will be fully realised and being realised presently. Amen.
