Proverbs 4:18 The Path of the Just

Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Life lived with the LORD is a life that is better and better by the day. His glory shines brighter and brighter each day amidst affliction and hardship.

It is called the path of the just because such a blessed life is the portion of all whose sins are forgiven through Jesus Christ, the only Saviour of the world. God’s eternal wrath has been averted!

The believer looks forward to the day when faith will become sight. When absent in the body is to be present with the Lord, glorious! Amen.
