Psalm 62:8 (KJV)  Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. 

Trust in the LORD at all times. He is able to help. Come to Him.

Pour out your heart before Him. Seek no other help but find help in the LORD.

God is a refuge for us. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Amen.
