2 Corinthians 1:21 Stablished

2 Corinthians 1:21 (KJV)  Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 

The Apostle Paul acknowledged and affirmed that it is God through Christ that enable him to share the gospel in Corinth leading to the establishment of the church. And it is only the power of God that anointed the gospel team to accomplish God’s purpose in fulfilling the Great Commission.

It is by the unction of the Holy Spirit that enabled the Word of God to take root in the hearts of the believers in Corinth when declared sincerely and truthfully by the gospel team. It was effectual.

2 Corinthians 1:18-21 (KJV)  But as God is true, our word toward you was not yea and nay. For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea. For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;  Amen.
